I do. I offer customizable, 1:1 coaching packages for a select number of highly sensitive womxn each year. Because of the rich, intimate nature of Somatic Coaching and the depth of support I provide 1:1 clients, the openings for coaching are limited.

Are you a certified coach?

I am a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Coach through The Embody Lab.

Within that certification, I studied Embodiment, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, Complex Trauma, Somatic Psychology, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Post-Traumatic Growth and more.
